Membership Terms & Important Information
- Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment.
- Canceling before completing the 3-month minimum commitment is subject to a $150 early cancellation fee.
- A card must be kept on file, or the membership may be prepaid in full if no card is provided.
- Unused monthly treatment credits roll over. If a membership is later canceled, unused earned treatment credits are retained and may be used when the client is ready.
- Pink lotus treatments represent core monthly selections. Unless otherwise stated, one core treatment may be redeemed per monthly membership credit.
- Yellow “2” treatments are optional discounted additional treatments available after the monthly core treatment has been used.
- Blue “+” benefits are included member perks and do not require use of the monthly core treatment credit unless specifically stated.
- Green-arrow upgrades require the listed additional upgrade charge at the time of service.
- Silver and Gold percentage discounts may be applied to eligible retail products and eligible additional services, but cannot be combined with packages, upgrade fees or other promotional offers.
- Treatment candidacy, dosing, settings, sequencing and upgrade eligibility are determined according to consultation, treatment history and provider assessment.
