Terms of Service

1.     Appointment Reservation

 a.     To secure an appointment, Clients are required to place a valid credit or debit card on file at the time of booking. No charge will be made to the card unless the client cancels or fails to appear for the scheduled appointment as described below. Your credit card placed on file is visible only to third-party payment processors. Khronos does not have access to the card information.

 b.     Prior to your appointment, you will receive electronic forms including your health history, Khronos policies, and informed consent documents. These must be completed prior to your appointment. If your forms are not completed in advance, your appointment may be canceled or delayed. You will not be seen until all documentation is completed in full.

 c.     You may be required to complete a Good Faith Exam with Khronos prior to receiving treatments. Failure to timely attend a Good Faith Exam with Khronos may result in cancelled or delayed appointments.

2.     Attendance and Cancellation Policy

 a.     Kindly arrive on time. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have to reschedule or shorten their appointment, depending on provider availability. Khronos aims to complete all treatments within the allotted time slot. Tardiness may impact a client’s results and overall experience. If you arrive late to a scheduled appointment, Khronos has the discretion to re-schedule the appointment, shorten the appointment time, and/or charge your method of payment on file a cancellation fee. You authorize Khronos to charge your method of payment on file for this purpose.

 b.     Any cancellations and/or re-scheduling requests made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee will be charged to your method of payment on file or deducted from any pre-paid service. You authorize Khronos to charge your method of payment on file for this purpose.

 c.     No Call/No Shows may result in disqualification from booking future appointments with Khronos. Khronos reserves the right to terminate the provider-client relationship in such cases to protect appointment availability for other clients.

 3.     Financing and Payment

 a.     Payment for services is due in full at the time services are rendered. While Khronos may, in certain circumstances, permit payment to be processed after treatment, this is not guaranteed.

 b.     Khronos reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to require full or partial payment in advance of treatment for any reason, including but not limited to prior late cancellations, no-shows, payment issues, or noncompliance with Khronos policies.

 c.     For select services and at Khronos’s sole discretion, financing may be available through independent third-party financing providers (such as CareCredit, Cherry Financing, Affirm or other approved vendors). Khronos is not affiliated with, nor does it control, any third-party financing provider, and makes no representations regarding the terms, interest rates, fees, or approval criteria of such providers.

 d.     Clients are solely responsible for applying for financing, confirming their eligibility, and reviewing and agreeing to all applicable terms and conditions directly with the financing provider. Khronos will not be responsible for any denial of financing, changes to terms, delays in processing, interest, fees, or any adverse credit reporting associated with financing.

 e.     All Khronos policies, including cancellation and refund policies, apply regardless of payment method. Additional terms and conditions may be imposed by the financing provider, and Khronos is not responsible for disputes between you and third-party lenders.

4.     Refund, Chargebacks, and Dissatisfaction Policy

a.     Khronos does not issue refunds based on general dissatisfaction. Due to the individualized nature of aesthetic services and the inability to reverse or recover materials once administered, all filler and other treatment sales are final. Khronos reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests at its discretion.

 b.     Skincare retail products must be returned within 14 days of purchase and returns are subject to Khronos’s sole determination that the product is acceptable for return.

 c.     Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered in accordance with signed consent forms and clinic policies. Any chargeback or disputed payment may result in immediate termination of the client relationship.

 d.     Khronos reserves the right to refuse future services, appointments, or treatment to any Client who initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, regardless of the outcome of such dispute. Clients remain responsible for any outstanding balances, fees, or costs associated with disputed charges.

e.     All adverse reactions and/or dissatisfaction-related requests must be made in writing within 20 days of treatment. Khronos reserves the right to deny refunds or adjustments if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the request falls outside the scope of this policy.

 f.      If it is determined Client’s dissatisfaction is justified, Khronos may offer a complimentary follow up consultation or touch-up if clinically appropriate.

5.     Results & No Guarantee

 a.     While our treatments are designed to promote wellness and aesthetic improvement, outcomes vary by individual. Khronos makes no guarantee, warranty, or promise of specific results from any procedure, including but not limited to weight loss, hormone balance, tissue regeneration, or cosmetic improvements.

 b.    By receiving services, Clients acknowledge that results depend on multiple factors outside of Khronos’s control, including lifestyle, compliance with care instructions, genetics, and overall health.

6.     Controlled Substances & Prescription Policy

 a.     Certain services may involve prescription medications, including but not limited to hormone replacement therapy, peptides, or other regulated substances. Clients agree to use all medications only as prescribed, to store them safely, and never to share or distribute them to others.

 b.    Khronos may modify, suspend, or terminate prescriptions at its discretion if non-compliance, misuse, or adverse findings are identified. Diversion, abuse, or illegal use of medications may result in immediate termination of care and possible reporting to regulatory authorities.

7.     Termination of Treatment

 a.     Khronos reserves the right to suspend, postpone, or terminate the Client-provider relationship at any time if: (i) Client fails to comply with Khronos policies or medical instructions, (ii) Client engages in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior, (iii) Client misuses medications or violates applicable laws; or (iv) continuation of treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

 b.    If services are terminated due to Client conduct, no refunds will be issued for deposits, booking fees, or services already rendered.

8.     Zero Tolerance

 a.     We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both our clients and staff. Any form of harassment, abusive language, or behavior, intimidation, or violence will not be tolerated under any circumstances. All individuals are expected to treat others with courtesy and respect while on the premises.

b.     Khronos reserves the right to refuse service immediately if this policy is violated. This applies to conduct directed at staff, other clients, or anyone present at the facility. Continued or serious violations may result in a permanent ban from receiving services at Khronos.

These policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We regularly review and update our procedures to reflect changes in the law, improvements to our practice, and the evolving needs of our clients. The most current version of our policies will be made available at our facility and published on our website. Clients are responsible for reviewing the most up-to-date version prior to receiving services, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
